The Acoustic Only weekend is exactly what it says on the tin! 

​No Marshall stacks, no pedal boards, No dive-bombing tremolo arms! Just your favourite acoustic guitar, six (or 12) strings and the urge to develop your acoustic technique and build your repertoire of classic acoustic songs.

The Acoustic Only weekend offers two full days of learning songs, developing finger picking technique, performing with others and even discovering the joys of open tunings!

Who is it for?

Aimed at beginner/early intermediate guitar players, the weekend is like a springboard for your playing: guaranteed to get you up to the next level and super-charge your development.

The Acoustic Only weekend also represents a new and different way of spending time with fellow guitarists at Guitar Breaks. We are supplying the workshops with Andy leading the daily sessions of specialist tuition and guidance, alongside his special guests.  All you need to do is choose your own accommodation and bingo!
