What’s Happening?
Join us for a relaxed and inspiring day focused on great guitars, tone, playability, and setup. Guitar Breaks will demonstrate how feel, dynamics, touch, and setup influence your playing and sound, using a range of superb PJE Guitars, alongside discussions on tone, gear, and getting the best from your guitar.
Pat from PJE Guitars will also give practical setup demonstrations covering truss rod adjustment, action and saddle height, intonation, and basic fret care and maintenance.
A great opportunity to spend time around exceptional guitars, learn more about setup and tone, and ask questions in a relaxed, hands-on environment.

Venue
The Guitar Experience will be held at Patrick Eggle’s guitar building workshop. The showroom (located in the heart of the workshop) offers an intimate, hands-on setting. There is a range of different amps and pedals that span the genres for players to use to get a true feel of the guitars, regardless of playing style.

Breakdown of the workshop:
The Guitar Experience with start at 10am. Please arrive at the workshop a few minutes before.
In the morning Tim Daley will demonstrate how feel, dynamics, touch, and setup influence your playing and sound, using a range of superb PJE Guitars, alongside discussions on tone, gear, and getting the best from your guitar.
Break for lunch at 1.00pm.
In the afternoon Patrick Eggle will give practical setup demonstrations covering truss rod adjustment, action and saddle height, intonation, and basic fret care and maintenance.
The workshop will finish around 4.30/5.00pm
This is an exclusive 1 day workshop with Tim Daley and Patrick James Eggle.
Playing experience desired for the workshop:
- A minimum of 1-2 years playing
- Be able to play a variety of open chords with confidence
- Have some knowledge of the major scale and/or the minor pentatonic scale
- Be able to play some single note melodies
- Be able to play in time
